Overall geographic, physical, ecological, and human geography of Chile, including human perception of the Chilean territory through time and technologies of study. More specific study of the major areas of the country, North, Central and South, focusing on the flora, fauna and human adaptation to these distinct environments. Lectures by specialists are complemented by several field trips to selected sites and by a student workshop in which students in groups present cases for discussion in class.
